Return Policy
If you don’t like the product after receiving it, you can return it immediately. But the product must be in the same condition as you received it—unused and undamaged. Also, all original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included. You need to request a return within a given time to qualify. Exchange Policy
If you want to exchange a product, you can do so within 7 days of receiving it. The product must be unused, and you must have the original receipt, tags, and packaging. You can exchange it for a product of the same price or higher. If the new product costs less, you can add another item or keep the extra amount as store credit for your next purchase. Our exchange process is simple and customer-friendly.
Refund Policy
If you paid in advance but want to return the product, we will check it after receiving it. Once approved, we will refund your money to the same payment method you used.
- For MFS (bKash, Nagad, etc.) payments, refunds take 15-20 working days.
- For bank payments, refunds take 20-25 working days.
